Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation

CSM Bakery Products partners with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer to raise money and awareness for their worthy endeavors. The organization emerged from the front yard lemonade stand of cancer patient Alexandra "Alex" Scott (1996-2004), who declared at the age of 4 that she wanted to raise money to help find a cure for all children with cancer. To date, the foundation has raised more than $25 million towards fulfilling her dream, funding over 100 research projects nationally. To support this effort, CSM Bakery Products runs a seasonal promotion offering customers rebates on select lemon products. Retailers are encouraged to donate the rebates to the Foundation. Products are promoted at more than 1,300 retail stores with signage describing Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. The company has also hosted an Alex’s Lemonade Stand at the International Dairy, Deli and Bakery Association tradeshow, where exhibit visitors could purchase lemonade and make donations. The National Breast Cancer Foundation

Our company is a proud sponsor of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), a national leader in the fight against breast cancer. The organization saves lives by increasing awareness of the disease and by providing mammograms for those in need. As part of this initiative, we work with multiple retailers at their headquarters and store levels throughout the country to develop, coordinate and execute programs during National Breast Cancer Awareness month.
